All our products are handmade in small batches which can sometimes result in slightly different consistencies during production - one jar may be slightly spicier than another or contain slightly more or less garlic etc. Our products also contain fibres from lemongrass and makrut lime leaves. These are entirely edible and safe to consume. Although we aim to make all our products as close to gluten free as possible, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten free product.
